Mr. Yucel started his career at Citibank N.A. in 1984 and has held a series of senior management positions in banking. Since 1994, Mr. Yucel played a key role as a turnaround Group CEO for major conglomerates in and outside Turkey. Since 2004, he has been involved in M&A, financial and turnaround advisory services. He is the founder of Pergo Corporate Finance.

Mr. Yucel holds a B.Sc. Honours in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Newcastle University-UK and an MBA from Bosphorus University-Turkey. He is a Senior Member of IEEE and an Alumnus of IMD-Switzerland.

Mr. Ozten started his career at Iktisat Bank in 1984 in Investment Banking. Following a series of senior appointments, he finally served as the President and CEO of Finans Invest. Since 2008 he has been serving as an independent Board Member and advisor for investment banks and portfolio management companies.

Mr. Ozten holds a B.A. degree in Finance from Istanbul University, Turkey.

Mr. Umut spent his career in corporate banking as Branch and Aegean Regional Manager for Pamukbank and Finansbank. Following his banking career, he has held CFO position for major industrial corporations.

Mr. Umut holds a B.A. degree in Business Administration from Eskisehir I.T.I.A. and an M.A. degree in International Economics from Istanbul University, Turkey.

Mr. Unsal started his banking career at American Express. He served as Deputy CEO responsible from Treasury for Turkish Banks, finally at Denizbank. In 1994, Mr. Unsal founded a real-time financial info vendor which became number 3 in the Turkish market before a successful spin-off.

Mr. Unsal holds a B.S. degree in Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering from Pennsylvania State University, USA.
